📜 Refund and Cancellation Policy
At LBD, we are committed to providing you with a reliable platform. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking.
Cancellations
Once a service is booked, a client can cancel without charge until the provider accepts the booking.

After a service has been accepted by the Pro: The service cannot be canceled unilaterally. Cancellation must be resolved through an amicable agreement between the client and the Pro.

Service Started: Once a service is started, it cannot be canceled unless an amicable agreement is made between the parties.
Refunds
Alalay will not be responsible for providing refunds unless the money for the service is still in escrow. In this case, we will step in as the intermediary and rule on the refund after reviewing evidence. If we are unable to make a discernment, the issue will be taken to civil litigation between the Pro and the client.
The following situations are not eligible for a refund from LBD:

The service has already started.

You are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, but the Pro completed the service as described.

You experience minor inconveniences or delays.

You requested changes to the scope of the service after the Pro arrived.
